Before you write
Most messages we receive can be resolved without us. Please check the list below first — it is faster for both of us.
- A link was rejected. The rejection reason is shown on the form when you submit. It is almost always one of the content rules on the About page — blocked words, ALL CAPS titles, a description that is too short, or a duplicate URL.
- You reached your daily limit. Each category has a per-day submission limit that an administrator controls, and there is also an overall daily limit. The limit resets at midnight server time.
- Your submission is pending. Pending submissions are reviewed by a human. Check back shortly — you can also email us with the URL if it has been pending for more than a couple of days.
- A link you submitted is missing. If it was approved, it may simply be on a later page of a category, or hidden from pages you have not signed in to.
- You forgot your password. Use the reset link on the login page.
- Your account was banned. Bans are permanent for repeat spam or abuse. If you believe this was a mistake, write to us with your username.
What to include in your message
So we can help you in one round trip, please include:
- Your username (if your question is about a submission or your account),
- the full URL of the page or link involved,
- what you expected to happen and what actually happened,
- any error message you saw, copied exactly as it appeared.
Please do not send passwords, and please do not email us links to content that you have not personally viewed.
Reporting abuse, spam or illegal content
If you found a link on this site that is spam, phishing, illegal or harmful, please report it to abuse@socialbookmarkingonline.com with the link. We act on abuse reports before anything else. Copyright complaints go to the DMCA address instead — see the DMCA page for the exact format we need.
